- 20 years of a solid professional history focused on human and organizational development, wide experience as RH Business Partner, OD Consultant with great expertise in Change Management and founder of a consulting company;
- More than 10 years as Change Manager in consulting projects focused on change and transformation, responsible for developing plans and strategies, as well as designing methodologies, diagnostic processes and customized solutions for clients;
- Extensive experience in IT deployment projects, Shared Services,
Outsourcing and process and cultural change. Not only exposed to a broad market segment such as: Bank, Products, Services, Consulting, Hospitals and Retail, but also to various organizational processes that include Controlling, Finance, Production, Supply Chain, Pricing, Sales, Call Center, among others;
- Developer and facilitator of workshops, courses and programs with the goal of developing skills of professional people, especially behaviors and competencies (different levels and clients);
After a long journey working directly with her clients, Cintia Pinheiro reaffirms her mission, which is to transfer and disseminate her knowledge, experiences and way of acting to other people. She intends to do this by enabling qualified and prepared professionals to deal with different scenarios and contexts of changes and transformations, using the approach of Integrated Consciousness.
